Donna Sue Rock

ROCK, Donna Sue, age 72, of Boyne City, former longtime resident of Auburn Hills, died Saturday, May 2, 2015. Donna was born on June 17, 1942 in Detroit, daughter of Riley and the late Virginia Holman. She married David Larry Rock on October 1, 1960. David preceded her in death in 2011. Donna is survived by her, children Jeffrey (Glenda) Rock and Joy (Doug) Campbell, grandchildren Bradley Rock, Sarah Libby, Benjamin Libby and Lindsey Rock. Also survived by her father Riley, brothers Douglas, David, Lawrence and Glenn Holman and a sister, Linda McRae-Holman. Donna was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hazel Park. She loved home decorating and was an Antique Collector and dealer. She will be greatly missed.Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2015, 11 a.m. at the Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Drive, Rochester. The family will receive friends Monday from 3 pm to 8 pm. Interment at Christian Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
