George was born in Detroit on March 30, 1939, to Lottie and George Danielski (Theresa). He graduated from Denby High School, proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps, then went on to marry the love of his life, JoAnn. A man of many talents, George owned his own furniture business where his design talents flourished. His attention to detail served him later in life when he worked in sales as an estimator.
George had a passion for woodworking, cooking, and gardening. He was happiest when fixing up old items and tinkering in his workroom, always demonstrating a keen eye for design and artistic flair. He was a fine woodworker who created intricate boxes and other gems for his family and friends. George also loved watching his grandkids from the sidelines of their many sporting events.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, JoAnn, his children George Bradley Daniels and Kathryne Bernacki Lampman (Collin), and his grandchildren Will, Ryan, Luke, and Adam. George is predeceased by his parents and sisters, Patricia Hawring and Kathleen Wilson, as well as his son-in-law, Keith Bernacki.
A memorial service will take place at the National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica on Tuesday, July 9th. Visitation will begin at 9:30am with a 10:00 am Mass to follow.
