HERMAN BRADLEY WALKER, Age 87, of Oxford, formerly of Rochester, died December 31, 2021. Herman was born on February 18, 1934 in Sparta, Tennessee, son of the late Charles and Dorothy Walker. In 1953 Herman married the love of his life, Patricia and enjoyed 59 years of marriage until her passing 2013. He is survived by: 3 children, Patti (Joe) Marion, Suzi (Tom) Fisher, and Mike (Livia) Walker; 7 grandchildren Brad (Julie) Burton, Leanne (Vipal) Patel, Phillip (Melanie) Walker, Dustin (Ani) Fisher, Jacqueline (Matt) Schafka, Aimee (Sean) Corbin, Arin Fisher (Alex Garcia); 9 great grandchildren, Nathan Walker, Ryder Shafka, Michael Walker, Kenny Corbin, Cameron Burton, Charley Schafka, Brennan Burton, Sawyer Shafka and Reagan Corbin. Also survived by his loving companion, Constance Becker, sister Anna Sue (Jeff) Wallace brother of Ben (Kathy) Walker and brother in law Dick (Sally) Knoll. Herman was a tool & die maker and began working for the Koppy Corporation in 1957. In 1982 he purchased the company and operated it until his retirement in 1994. He enjoyed deer hunting, playing euchre and traveling, but especially loved to golf as well as spend the winter at his home in Bonita Springs, Fl. Funeral service will be held Friday, January 7, 2022, 11 am at the Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester. Rev. Ben W. Walker officiating. Entombment to follow at Guardian Angel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, from 4 to 8 pm and Friday, 10 am until the service time. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
