

She was born on March 10, 1928, in Lowell, Massachusetts.
She was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred “Bill” Belanger; her sister, Claire Roberts; and her brother, Robert Foisy.
Jackie is survived by her four children: Jeanne de Sainte Marie (Bruno), Stephen Belanger (Barbara), Carol Belanger Hillman, and Edward Belanger (Karla); nine loving grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Jackie was educated in Lowell, Massachusetts, where she worked as a medical technician. After marrying Bill, they eventually settled in Rochester, Michigan, where they raised their family.
A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Jackie was thoughtful, caring, and always interested in learning. She appreciated art and visiting museums. Jackie was a longtime member of the Questers, both the MI and AZ Chapters. She took pleasure in skiing, playing bridge, gardening, and birdwatching. Jackie was an avid golfer well into her nineties. She enjoyed the last 29 years spending her summers in Rochester, Michigan, and winters as a “snowbird” in Rio Verde, Arizona.
Jackie was a faithful member of St. Andrew Catholic Church for almost 70 years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 30, from 4:00–8:00 p.m., with an opportunity to share memories and remembrances during the evening, at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, MI 48307.
Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, January 31, at 10:00 a.m., with in state beginning at 9:30 a.m., at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1400 Inglewood Ave., Rochester, MI 48307.
Jacqueline will be laid to rest at Van Hoosen Jones Stoney Creek Cemetery.
