Celebrating the joyous life of John Stephens of Oxford Michigan and Ormond Beach Florida, loving husband, full-of-pride father, heart-filled son, brother, and friend to all. John had a passion for building, traveling, eating, and Lionel trains but his greatest love was his family and friends. John passed on June 14, 2022. He had the biggest heart in the world, and built a legacy of compassion, determination, and laughter that will live on for generations to come.
His memory will live on forever with his beautiful wife of 35 years, Renee, proud sons Paul and Kevin, Mother Charlotte, sister Rose (Mark), brothers Michael (Jill), Richard (Kelly), and Bill (Keri) and all his nieces, nephews, and cousins that he loved so much. He is preceded in death by his father Richard.
John’s family will welcome all to a visitation on Friday June 17th, 2022 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 West University Drive in downtown Rochester. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday June 18, 2022 at 11 a.m. (instate 10 a.m.) at St. Mary of the Hills Catholic Church, located at 2675 John R. Road in Rochester Hills Michigan. Interment will follow at Guardian Angel Cemetery.
