So sorry to hear the passing of your Mom. We became friends when we enjoyed a cigar at Wildbills Cigars in their lounge. I did not get to personally meet your Mom. But I met you and you are a stand up guy. Sure that was handed down to you by your Mom and Dad as they raised you.

I have wonderful memories of her from the early 60's when we spent the summers at the cottage on Higgins Lake.  She was always a special person who was kind, caring and thoughtful. A Message for Our Nana

Nana was so many things to all of us — the best baker, the best cook, and truly, the best friend. Her kitchen was the heart of every gathering, where the smell of something delicious always welcomed you like a warm hug. Whether it was a perfectly baked pie or a pot of Sunday sauce, everything she made was filled with love.

One of her greatest gifts was the way she treated my sister Nikki and I.  We were new to the family when our mom married Paul.  She didn’t treat us like step grandchildren.  Nana made us feel welcome, loved, and like one of her own grandchildren.  We’ve always admired her and been grateful for that.  She was the glue of our family for a long time as well.  She held everything together during tough times and always wore a smile on her face. 

Nana brought everyone together — especially on Christmas Eve. Nana’s Feast of the Seven Fishes was nothing short of legendary. Year after year, she created the most unforgettable meals, pouring her heart into every dish. Those nights weren’t just about the food (though it was incredible); they were about tradition, laughter, and family — everything Nana valued most.

She had a playful spirit and a competitive streak, especially when it came to playing Spoons or a good game of cards. And she loved her time out on the golf course, soaking in the sunshine and laughter with her friends.

Nana treated everyone like family — her love knew no bounds, and her home was always open. She was witty, with just the right amount of sass, and had a way of making everyone around her laugh, even in life’s toughest moments. Through every challenge, she wore a smile and showed us what it means to live with grace and strength.

We will miss her deeply — her warmth, her humor, her guidance, and her unconditional love. But we carry her with us in every recipe, every laugh, and every family gathering.

We love you always, Nana.

Dear Josephine will be missed dearly. Our card group m at the apartment complex met every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We shared stories of our youth , family celebrations and much laughter. Josephine called everyone  Honey and had to hug  and kiss all youngsters who came by. Rest in  Peace dear friend. My sympathy to all Josephine's family and friends.

Josephine Corrado was one of my very best friends.  I shall miss our luncheons and dinners together, our laughs and tears.  Most of our stories were laughable  which we shared during our card games.  
When Josie heard we gals were going to get together for a card game she would be the first one there.   She also would be the one to do the driving so we old gals could play cards.  I will miss her delicious "S" cookies and rice pudding .  Josephine had a deep faith in Almighty God and I know she was welcomed into Heaven with open arms.   Life has to go on and someday I will be with her in Heaven  still trying to win all of the games, but Josie was a smart, keen and funny card player.  God bless my dear, sweet Josie.  I love you Kiddo!

She was one of the special ones. Always asking how are you feeling. And not just saying it but knowing she meant every word. We were blessed to know her and love her. She was Grandma Josie to all. May you rest in peace. And know you were loved.

She was an eternal optimist and I’m sure she’s dancing in heaven with all of her friends and family while eating her amazing  pasta with clam sauce. I’ll miss her sense of humor and that little smile when she was being sarcastic.
