Joshua Edward Posner

POSNER, Joshua Edward, age 18, of Rochester Hills, Mi, August 20, 2014. Josh was born December 18, 1995, in Rochester Hills, beloved son of Sally and Randy Posner. He attended St. John Lutheran School, graduated from Rochester High School in 2014, and was looking forward to attending the Center for Creative Studies. He was a young man with immense talent in the world of artistic design and was proficient in working with many mediums, from metal work, jewelry, glass/sugar blowing and drawing. He also was adept in the world of culinary creations and loved fishing and music. Besides his parents he is survived by his brothers, Benjamin and Michael; his grandparents George and Janice Demski, along with Betty Lou and the late Harry Alvin Posner, Jr, Aunts, Julie (John) Finnell, Cheryl Posner, and Uncle, Harry Alvin (Lisa) Posner, III. He also leaves to morn his passing great aunts, great uncles and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services for Josh will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, 1011 W. University Drive in Rochester. His family will receive friends on Thursday, August 28, 2014, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester.
