Larry Lee Hohnholt, Jr., age 55, of Rochester, Michigan, passed away on January 3, 2022. Larry was born on May 20, 1966 in Omaha, Nebraska to his parents, Holly and Larry Lee Hohnholt, Sr. He graduated from Adams High School in 1984. From there he went on to attend Florida State University. Larry then moved to Michigan in 2000 where he would go on to own and operate Meadowbrook Construction, building houses in the area. In 2008, he began working as a realtor his mother, Holly. Larry was a member of the Rochester Elks Club. He always enjoyed boating, skiing, sports and the outdoors. He most enjoyed spending time at the family lake house.
Larry is survived by his sons, Tanner Hohnholt (he attends MSU and is member of the rugby team there) and Jacoby Jones; his mother, Holly Hohnholt; his sister, Bobbi Jo Hohnholt; and aunts, uncles, and cousins on the Hohnholt and Compton side of the family. He was preceded in death by his father on July 15, 2015, Larry Lee Hohnholt, Sr. Larry will be inurned with his father at Guardian Angel Cemetery in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 9-11 AM at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, Michigan. A memorial luncheon will follow from 12-3 PM, at the Golden Eagle Bar and Grill, 1447 N Rochester Rd., Rochester Hills, Michigan.
