Nora had a passion for baking which led to her career as the head pastry chef at The Westin Hotel Renaissance Center and Embassy Suites in Michigan. She later opened a pastry shop with her daughters, teaching them everything she knew about baking, which created a legacy that lives on. When her grandkids and family visited the bakery, Nora always took time to share with them her knowledge and passion, which created lasting memories. She also had a love for bowling and won multiple tournaments with her sons.
Nora always showed love to family and friends throughout her years by making and gifting quilts and crafts. She would enter her craft projects every year in the local county fair in Ohio, winning multiple first place ribbons and the Catherine Condin Award at Michigan State Fair, the highest honor you can receive.
Nora was a strong woman who touched many lives with her wisdom, knowledge and work ethic. Known to her family and friends as "The Great One” she will forever be missed.
