Ramon "Ray" L. Owen, 87, of Romeo, Michigan, passed away on December 24, 2015. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 13, 1928. Ramon graduated from Emerson High School, Gary, IN. He was married to Dolores June (NEE Danielson) Owen, they married on October 6, 1956. Ramon served in WW II, USMC and Korea, US Army. He sailed great lakes as Merchant Marine Sailor. He was a construction project manager for O.W. Burke, Kriegoff, H.F. Campbell and he owned his own firm, R.L. Owen Co. Ramon loved the outdoors, fishing, oil painting and restoring vintage cars, Lincoln 1940, 1947, 1948. He is survived by his wife Dolores, daughter Susan and son Mark.
Visitation will be held on Sunday January 3, 2016 from 1-5:30pm with a service at 5:30pm at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr. Rochester MI 48307.
