Sabrina Vanessa Walker-Crump

Sabrina started her journey with Lord at Unity Baptist Church in Detroit. She loved spending time at family gatherings and during Holidays often playing UNO until almost sunlight. She loved dancing, traveling, being on the water and spending time with friends. She was a doting mother to her children and grandchildren.

Sabrina attended Detroit Public Schools and graduated from Henry Ford High School in 1975. Sabrina attended Wayne State University in Detroit and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. She worked for the Michigan Department of Social Services and retired after 30 years of service. In her many years of public service Sabrina helped many people navigate their way to a better life using government services.

Sabrina was preceded in this earthly journey by her Mother, Ruby Eggleston and Brother, Derek Eggleston. She leaves her husband of 17 years Walter Crump to cherish her memory. She leaves behind her father Jesse Eggleston. She leaves behind her children from her previous union a son, Vincent Walker Jr. and a daughter Staci (Raymond) Burton. She leaves behind three beautiful granddaughters Carci (17), Vanessa (3) and Ruby (1). She leaves behind her sister Crystal (William) Robinson and brother Brian Eggleston. She leaves behind her bonus son Lionel Crump, and bonus daughter Regina Crump. She also leaves behind a host nieces, nephews and other loved ones. She will be missed and her memory cherished by many.

Visitation will be held at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 West University Drive, Rochester, MI 48307, US, on April 13, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place on the following day at Pixley Funeral on April 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm with guest invited to arrive beginning at 1:00 pm.
