TREGENZA, JR., William Kenneth, age 74, of Rochester passed away January 22, 2016. He is survived by his wife Jill, of 52 years; loving father of Ken III, David, Tracy, and Michael (Kristina); proud grandfather of Holly, Devon, Eva and Ryder Wilken.
