Born on May 30, 1950 in Puerto Rico to the late Modesto and Felicita Montanez.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Velma Montanez, 4 children: Lorraine, Michelle, Lesley, and Luis, Jr., and 15 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 6-9PM at the Funeral Home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY. Funeral services and interment will be held in Brandon, FL at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens on Monday June 24, 2013.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Luis’ name to a charity of one’s choice.
