She was predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Edwin Rankin, on October 31, 2022.
Norma is survived by her 3 children: Michael (Rosemary) Rankin, Timothy (Lisa) Rankin and Cheryl Rankin; 11 grandchildren: Andrew, Paul (Traci), Hannah (John), Chloe, Stephen (Miranda), Sarah (Dave), Matthew (Jennifer), Shannon, Brianna (Tom), Samantha (Dillon), Emily (AJ); and 14 great-grandchildren (soon to be 15).
Norma and Edwin both retired in 1992, and then moved to Brooksville, Florida where they thoroughly enjoyed 30 years. Norma was active in many activities including line dancing, tennis, Brookridge on Review shows, various clubs and playing cards with their many friends just to name a few. After Edwin’s passing in 2022, Norma moved back north to Greece, NY. May she now rest in peace, reunited with Edwin. She was loved by all.
A memorial service is to be held at the Alvah Halloran & Son Funeral Home, located at 2125 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624 on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11:00am.
