Born August 13, 1957, in Rochester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Shirley M. (Schofield) Wachter. She worked as an office manager at ABC Transit. Dayna will be remembered for her larger than life zest. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was often the instigator of practical jokes. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and being around her family and friends. She filled her time with gardening, landscaping, caring for her koi pond, her various birdfeeders and her cats. Anyone that knew Dayna, could feel the love she had for life.
She will be missed by her loving companion of 25 years, Ken Berbach; her sister, Denice Criswell; her brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Sandy Wachter; her God-parents, Dave and Diane Mackenstein; many nieces and nephews, and her loving animals.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Chris Criswell (2012).
Friends will be received Tuesday, December 29, 2015, from 11am until the time of the Blessing Service at 1pm with Fr.
