

He was co-owner of the Musgrave Nursery in Economy and Superintendent of Ground Maintenance for 26 years at Robert Morris College in Moon Township.
Donald was a lifelong member of Rehoboth Lutheran Church in Economy, having served as Sunday School Superintendent and teacher, founder and active with Rehoboth Cemetery Association from 1950-2009; member and director with the Ambridge District Sportsman’s Association; delegate to the County of Sportsmen’s Clubs; member of the Rehoboth Sportsman’s Club; President of the Clary Rod and Gun Club of Clearfield County; Charter Member of the Economy Grange #2013; member and past President of Economy Boro Council; Director of the Wallrose Mutual Insurance Company.
He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during WWII with the Combat Engineers.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Dr. Ross H. Musgrave of Pittsburgh and a sister Dorothy Couch Powell.
Surviving are his loving wife of 62 years: Mary Schell Musgrave; son: D. Scott (Eileen) Musgrave, Economy; daughters: Susan J. (Pastor Dan) Barker of Cortland, OH; and Holly (Thomas) Brehm, Hanover, PA; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Friends will be received Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). His service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Rehoboth Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2800 Conway Wallrose Road, Baden, PA 15005, with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Interment will follow in the Rehoboth Church Cemetery with military honors presented by members of the Beaver County Special Unit at 12: 15 p.m.
