

Patricia Ann Corbin Mauro, 63 of Bermuda Run, NC died Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, NC. Patty was born May 12, 1951 in Pittsburgh, PA the daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna (Mangola) Corbin
She was in the Finance Industry for 40 years including working at Dollar Savings and Loan, First Federal of Pittsburgh Savings and Loan, PNC Bank, Cencon Credit Union, Guilford Mills Credit Union, Alpha Credit Union and Piedmont Advantage Credit Union. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.
While Patty enjoyed baking, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan, her family was her greatest joy! She touched a lot of lives and was loved by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents Patty was preceded in death by her brother: Lawrence Corbin; her sister: Elaine Miller; and her step-father: Harry “Pete” Winters.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years: Ralph “Ray” Mauro; two sons, Shawn Morrow and his wife Stacia; Brent Morrow and his wife Jenny; two step-sons: Jon Mauro and his partner Tania Simoncelli; Scott Mauro; step-daughter, Cristy Mauro; grandchildren: Brent Morrow Jr., Corbin Morrow, Braden Pattison, Cade Pattison, Christopher Mauro, Matteo Mauro, Austin Mauro, Sophia Mauro, Jordan Zawasky and Peyton Zawasky; sisters: Judy Reno and her husband Bob and Janet Simon and her husband Joe.
Friends will be received Sunday, January 11, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m.; and Monday, January 12, 2015 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester, (GPS 848 Sunflower Road, adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum) Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, 200 Third Street, Beaver, with entombment to follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum.
