I only worked with Ron five years but Ed worked with him longer and kept in touch regularly. He was never without a smile and always patient and kind to everyone even those who were quite demanding. We had days when the systems didn't quite work as they were supposed to but we struggled together and Ron remained calm. He was often in severe pain with his gout but he worked through it and no on knew except we few. He was one of the kindest, gentlest people I have ever known and I have missed him. Now he is in the arms of his Heavenly Father, pain-free, and I will see him again. Ron, peace be with you. Carol, we grieve with you. Ed and Mary Anne Lauer
