Bob was a wonderful man I remember when Bev and Bob started boarding there horses with us when I was just a kid. Bob use to take us to the open shows and let us show Zip. He always new how to make you laugh. He will truly be missed . 

I have known Bob and his first wife Bev since I was a young teenager.  Have a lot of great memories of showing horses on the open show circuit against Bob and Bev.  Bob was so funny and you could always count on Bob to make you laugh and bring a smile to your face in any situation.  He will be greatly missed! 

It was never a full moment with you. You never failed to make me laugh. You were my best buddy. I sure am gonna miss you. 

Lots of good memories with Bob and his first wife Beverly whom I went to school with. Luckily he met another great lady to share his life with. We will miss him dearly. Ride away up in Heaven. 

We're so sorry to hear about the passing of Bob. We cooked at the Plug and Pellet for a long time when Bob was shooting trap. We hadn't seen him for some time,he will be missed. Chuck and Sunnie McGuire. 

When I think of Bob I always think about all the times that we would gather after we got our chores done up at Searles farm.
We used to get together in his camper that we named "Hooch Mobile" and drink a bottle of Hooch , an orange flavored wine cooler. We  always had a good time. Bob will be missed by a lot of people  ! He was a good guy and loved by many . Bless his heart.

So sorry for your loss. Bob was a great friend. We had many fun times and adventures camping with the horses.

I have such fond memories of Uncle Bobby from when I was little..around the age of 3 or 4  stayed with us alot my Dad Danny was one of his older brotbers. And he loved to torment me...anything to get a rise outta me he was game..lol His favorite thing was doing things that I didn't see making me think Casper the friendly Ghost had done it...I'm sure some of you will remember Casper..I loved watching the cartoon but some how Uncle Bobby could still.spook me with him lol.. anyway one of his most favorite things he absolutely LOVED to do was to watch and catch me getting ready to sit down in this little orange rocking chair I had and he would quietly somehow pull it out from under me and ker-smack my butt hit the floor every time..and I would whirl around to find him right there laughing hysterically if course🤣 he would tell me he didn't do it that Casper did it..well I did not find it very amusing especially when I thought Casper was supposed to be my friend but Uncle Bobby he would be rolling he found it very entertaining and he would get me every daggone time..of course he would wait a few days then he couldn't stand it any longer and he'd have to do something ornery again.. He would chase me through the house and we would have a hi ho.time .Looking  back now I bet mom wasn't to thrilled with our shananigans because there was 2 other little ones there younger than me..but I guess he was at least keeping me out of her hair lol 
 I guess I was really good practice for when Brian and Brett came along .I've never thought to ask them if they were ever introduced to Casper. lol Rest in Peace Uncle Bobby. You left alot of good memories behind You..and Alot of people who Loved and cared about You.
Dad has told me so many stories of as he will say 'The Good  Days"your old stomping grounds and some  of the meanness  you  two got in to 😂❤️
You will be Greatly Missed with Love your Niece Tammie. Debbie,Brian and Brett.. You all are in my thoughts and Prayers I Love You All ❤️

Bob was always so cheerful and friendly to be around. He always made the occasion more fun, even if that of was working out in the cold on the Page Park Toboggan run.  He was always telling jokes to keep things light and making people laugh. I will never forget the day Karley and I were messing with the horses at the far backside of Chuck's boarding stable we all kept our horses at, Bob came walking back there and said to Ralph "I just backed into the side of your new truck". We all laughed, even Ralph did....saying "yeah, that's a good one Bob". Bob said, "no, I wish I was joking....but, I really did." It still took a few minutes for it to sink in, but sure enough he really did! LOL He made sure his insurance took care of everything, and I don't think Ralph drove his truck to the barn ever again after that! Which, thankfully meant I could spend as long as I wanted to from there on!! So there was a hidden bonus in that little accident. Thank you Bob for all the laughs, the moral support when I was alone, letting us ride that big wonderful horse Zippo, and for Tucson. 

I give my deepest condolences to Deb, Brett, Brian, and the rest of the family.

Bernard is survived by his wife, Debra; sons, Brian Hopkins and Brett (Dana) Hopkins; step-children, Misty (Jamie) Sturtevant and Jason (Andrea) Morrison; five grandchildren; brother, Danny Hopkins; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Beverly Hopkins.
