Gary W. Eddy, 69, of Milan, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Gary was born May 22, 1952, in Brilliant, Alabama to Ellie Hugh and Frances (Kimbrell) Eddy. Gary formerly worked at Growth Enterprise in Rockford. He was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide and St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Survivors include his mother, Frances; brother, Mike (Sandy) Eddy, Kenosha, Wisconsin; sister, Jeanine Hernandez, Rock Island; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Ellie Hugh, and brother-in-law, Dan Hernandez.
A memorial service for Gary will be March 5 at 2pm. at Advantage Funeral Home. Located at 7000 W. State Street Rockford IL.
