He went on to marry the love of his life Carla Price.
Jackie enjoyed watching football, barbequing, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his children, Tommy McCoy, Jessica Butler, and Heather Haiman; 9 grandchildren; 6 siblings, and several loving nieces and nephews.
