Jane Malone

Jane Ann Malone, 67, of Loves Park, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family by her side after a three year battle with cancer. Born on October 28, 1949 in Madison, WI. Daughter of Richard A. and Mary Ann Adkins. Grew up in Machesney Park known as North Park at the time and then lived for the last 42 years in Loves Park. Married David J. Malone on October 15, 1966. They were fortunate enough to celebrate their 50th anniversary this past year. Along with David they raised four children. Jane was a homemaker who loved to cook, maintain their family home and take care of David and her cat Casper. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was the rock of the family.

Survived by her loving husband, David; children, Ron (Sheila) Malone, Julie (Larry) Sandall, Mike (Jennifer) Malone, Lisa (Greg) Beck; grandchildren, Jacob, Justen “Bubba”, Michael, Tanner, Jordan, Emily, Darla, Dakota, Savannah; mother, Mary Ann; sisters, Kathy Ingram, Terri Aiello; half-brother, Allen (Stephanie) Adkins; loving cat, Casper. Predeceased by her father, Richard “Dick” Adkins; brother, Richard “Rick” Adkins; brother-in-law, Roland Ingram; her loving faithful cats, Tabby, Patches, Shawna, and Patches #2; dogs, Penny and Bambi.
