Juanita Wilson

Juanita Wilson, 76, of Byron passed away peacefully with family by her side. Juanita was born on February 21, 1942 in Pocahontas, AR, the daughter of Lester and Lillie (Haley) Rodgers. Juanita married Donald R. Wilson on November 2, 1957 and he preceded Juanita on November 12, 2010. Juanita was a member of the Teamsters Retiree Club, she enjoyed going through pictures and working on the family genealogy. Juanita loved being around and taking care of her family. She loved all her cats and listening to Elvis Presley. Juanita is survived by her sons: Kenneth Allen Wilson and Timothy Wilson; grandsons: Jay L. (Julie) Wilson, Donald J. (Ashley) Wilson and Steven Wilson; great-grandchildren: Cody L Wilson, Mandy A. Wilson, Robert D. Wilson, Zackery A.Wilson, Chelsy L. Wilson and Madison M. Wilson; significant other Frederick A. Whitney; brothers: William and Benjamin Rodgers.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Donald J. Wilson, two sisters and two brothers.

Per Juanita’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. Advantage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
