Lucille M. Smith, 94, of Rockford, went home to be with her Lord on January 17, 2011. Born May 5, 1916 in Lampson, WI the daughter of Jay and Wilhelmina (Buckman) McNitt. Married Clifton O. Smith on February 18, 1950. Lucille attended Pine Grove Methodist Church of Rockford and Milton Bible College with the late Pastor Orville Butcher. Survived by her daughter, Trudy Khan of Rockford; sons, Jeff (Diane) Smith of Pecatonica, Larry (Caroline) Smith of Orlando, FL and Jon (Renee) Lotta of San Diego, CA; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents and husband, Clifton Smith. Funeral services at 2 pm on Friday, January 21, 2011 in Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7000 W.
