Paulette Michele Keinz-Diaz, 54, of Chicago formerly of Rockford, Illinois passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023. She was born April 2, 1969 in Rockford, the daughter of Paul A. and Carol Keinz. She was a graduate of West High School. She was employed as a CNA and a carpenter. Paulette enjoyed drawing, music and her cat, Joe.
Survivors include her mother, Carol Keinz; brothers, Dennis (Peggy) Keinz, Michael D. Keinz; sister, Dani Keinz; son, Greg Jones; granddaughter, Lillieanna Jones; husband, Alfonso Diaz; 1 step son; special friend, Meghan Fleming; nieces, Kelly, Allison and a nephew, Preston. Predeceased by her father, Paul.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Tuesday, June 13, 2023 in Advantage Funeral Home, 7000 W. State Street, Rockford. Private family services are to be held. Burial in Willwood Burial Park.
