Valery A. Osborne

Valery Ann Osborne, 76, of Rockford, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Born September 21, 1940 in Rockford, IL. Daughter of Raymond and Valeria (Jaworowski) Nygren. Married Ernest Osborne on February 23, 1957. He predeceased her on April 17, 2014. Valery loved her family vacations up north, playing bingo, going to garage sales, dancing, listening to Elvis, summer cookouts, and was the happiest being surrounded by her kids and grandkids. Survived by her children, Kenneth (Vicky) Osborne, Donald (Holly) Osborne, Susan (Roy) Whittaker, Robert Osborne and James Osborne; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents; husband; son, Michael; grandson, Jacob. Memorial Service at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 13 at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 North Alpine Rd, Machesney Park.
