William “Billy” Leslie Law Jr., 50, of Rockford, passed away Monday, May 9th 2016. Born September 17, 1965 in Rockford, IL. Billy was always the man to offer anyone the shirt off of his back and help those in need even when he didn't have it. Some knew him as a plumber, a mechanic, an electrician and definitely a painter. But those who knew him well knew that he was definitely a master of everything. There wasn't anything he couldn't do. Billy had laughter that was so contagious. He could make anyone laugh with one of his many jokes.
Billy left behind many loved ones and is survived by two great mothers, Alice and Jenny; children, April (Mecos Hill) Law, Jeffery (Andrea Graham) Law, Samantha Law, Jessie Law, Autumn Crown; the mothers of his children, Shirley Williams and Jennice Crown; siblings, Wendell Law, Tressie Law, Leslie Law, Bonnie Law, Jason Law; grandchildren, Dimitri Lewis, Alexis Maurerman, Emma Law, Isiah Maurerman, Gavin Hill, Leah Hill, Jordyn Law, Gianna Law.
