

He was born in North Livermore, Maine on June 3, 1933 a son of Jules and Antonia St. Pierre.
He graduated from Livermore Falls High School in 1952, then served in the US Army from 1953 to 1955 and later graduated from SMVTI in South Portland in 1956.
In 1956 he married Annette I. Castonguay at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay.
Joe worked for Oxford Paper / Boise Cascade for 33 years retiring in 1989.
He operated a family Christmas Tree Farm for over 30 years.
He was a communicant of the Parish of the Holy Savior in Rumford.
Joe was also blessed with a full and happy life with his loving family of whom he was extremely proud.
Surviving are his wife Annette Castonguay St. Pierre of Rumford, a son Andre J. St. Pierre and wife Annette M. of Peru; four daughters, Rita Lavoie and husband Albert of Minot, ME, Joline Boudreau and husband Gerry of Rumford, Lucille Belanger and husband Mark of Rumford, and Roseanne McKeen and husband Donald of Dixfield; two brothers, Alfred St. Pierre and wife Camille of Naples, FL, and Roland St. Pierre and wife Linda of No. Livermore; two sisters, Irene Castonguay of No Livermore and Juliette Maurais and husband Amedee of Livermore; ten grandchildren, Jenna Guest and husband Jason, Nicole Matson and husband Thomas, Erica St. Pierre, Rebecca Boudreau, Rachel Boudreau, Kendall Boudreau, Kristin Arsenault and husband Ryan, Evan Belanger, Lindsay McKeen, and Colette McKeen; and one great grandchild, Emma Matson.
He was predeceased by his parents, three brothers, Romeo St. Pierre, Rene St. Pierre and Albert St. Pierre, and a sister, Alice Castonguay.
