She was born in Rumford Maine on June 18, 1968 a daughter of Willy and Peggy (St. Cyr) Blouin.
Leah was a graduate of Rumford High School Class of 1986 and attended Lesley College in Cambridge, MA.
She was employed with Oxford County Mental Health and Pinnacle Health & Rehab in Canton.
Leah was a communicant of Parish of the Holy Savior.
She was a precocious child, an avid reader, a vibrant woman who usurped attention the moment she entered a room; she liked all kinds of music, respected all peoples and their views, genuinely loved her family and friends, was kind and generous to a fault, and she made all of our lives more interesting.
Surviving are her parents, Willy and Peggy Blouin of Rumford; a brother, Brian Blouin and wife Trisha of Lakeland, FL; fiancé Andrew Philbrick of Rumford; 8 aunts, Pauline Blouin of Atkinson, NH, Marsha Williams of Rumford, Theresa Paradis of Lewiston, Noella Bean and husband Dick of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Priscilla DiConzo of South Paris, Fern Patrie and husband Gerry of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Louise Nash of Dixfield and Doris Glines and husband Jon of Goffstown, NH; a nephew, Jayson Blouin of Lakeland, FL; a niece, Delaney Blouin of Lakeland, FL; multiple cousins, and a Lifelong friend Keith Grassett of Rumford.
She was predeceased by maternal grandparents, Quentin and Beatrice St. Cyr, paternal grandparents, Felix and Albertine Blouin; a brother, Jason Blouin, 3 uncles, James Williams, Norman Blouin, and Lionel Blouin, and 3 aunts, Yvette Chenard, Cecile Landry and Yolanda Redmond.
