

He was born in Farmington, Maine on February 12, 1933 a son of Paul J. and Isobel M. (Sawyer) Woods.
Following the unexpected death of his father Paul, he was raised by his mother and stepfather Reuben Harris.
Paul attended Wilton Schools and served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He was employed for 36 years with the Oxford Paper Company.
Paul was a communicant of Parish of the Holy Savior and was a member of the Knights of Khorassan Ali Baba Temple # 68 of Auburn.
He was a certified auctioneer and received his training at Reisch World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City Iowa. A favorite time in his life was when he was buying or selling cattle throughout the New England States.
He loved attending all of his grandchildren’s sporting events and was an avid supporter of all Mountain Valley sporting events. Paul loved wintering in Ormond Beach, Florida with his wife Judy.
Surviving are his two sons, Paul J. Woods, III and wife Diane of Livermore, and Stephen A. Woods and wife Linda of Rumford; seven brothers, Bernard Woods, Jerry Woods, Douglas Woods, Richard Woods, Robert Woods, Bruce Harris and Vincent Harris; two sisters, Gloria Mayo and Linda Clark; 9 grandchildren, Angela, Lindsay, Gregory, Audra, Michelle, Nathan, Nicholas, Conner and Sydney; and 7 great grandchildren, McKenzie, Morgan, Jayson, Brielle, Levi, Kai, and Jackson.
He was predeceased by his parents, his first wife, Hazel (Zinck) Woods in 1967, and second wife, Judy (Buotte) Woods in 2010, and a brother, David Woods.
