She was born in Rochester, NY on November 23, 1923.
Rose was raised by her grandparents Frank and Elizabeth Godish on their farm in Peru, and she had many fond memories of her time there.
She attended Peru Grammar school and was a graduate of Dixfield High School Class of 1942.
Rose was employed in the lab at Oxford Paper Company for many years, and then was Store Manager for Montgomery Ward in Rumford.
She loved all animals, especially her dog Sarah, who predeceased her.
Rose is survived by her good friends, Olga Richardson of Peru, Linda Dubois and Richard Pickett, both of Dixfield, and David and Louise Austin of Rumford.
