He was born in Syracuse, NY on March 17, 1955 a son of Wallace F. and Ileane (Crozier) Virgin.
Stevie was educated in Syracuse and Maine schools and was a graduate of Dirigo High School Class of 1973.
He served in the US Navy from 1975 to 1978.
Stevie was an extremely talented Tattooist and loved to play pool at the Eagles.
He was a member of the APA Pool Association and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1248 in Rumford.
Stevie will be fondly remembered as a fun loving jokester and a big hearted teddy bear.
He loved the times that he shared with his soul mate Amanda and spending time with family and friends, especially his best friend Lester.
Surviving is his soul mate of 27 years Amanda J. Chase of Carthage; a sister Mary Virgin-Brooks and husband Carl of Dixfield; and nieces Brielle Virgin-Brooks of Portland and Jazmine Virgin-Brooks of Bangor.
He was predeceased by his parents and a brother Wallace Virgin.
