Edward C. Partlow

Died peacefully on February 8, 2019, surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by daughters, Joyce and Susan; 8 siblings, Helen, Chuck, Robert, Clinton, Inez, Jim, Stan and Harriet. Ed will be greatly missed by wife, Luella of 65 years; daughter, Janet; many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ed was an asphalt truck driver for over 38 years gaining the nicknames of "Tandem Ed" and "Shiny Shoes". He earned many medals for his safe driving.

Funeral service 11AM, Monday, February 18, 2019 at Wulff Godbout Funeral Home, 560 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Visitation 2-5PM Sunday and 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
