Salisbury: Charles William Parker, Jr., 84, of Salisbury, MD passed away on December 18, 2015. Born July 4, 1931 in Salisbury, he is the son of the late Mary Cleora Ruark Wright. His wife of 58 years, Shirley M. Parker preceded him in death in 2006. He is survived by five children, Charles W. Parker, III, David H. Parker, Richard A. Parker, Deborah L. Breeding, and Richard E. Walker; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Northpointe Tabernacle, 29945 Dixon Road, Salisbury, Maryland 21804. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
