George "Brownie" W. Brown

George “Brownie” W. Brown, 87, of Salisbury passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 at George Washington Hospital in Washington DC. Born July 30, 1935 in Garland, MD he was the son of the late William and Ethel Brown.

Brownie was a United States Army Veteran and retired from Cavanaugh Ford Dealership where he was the manager of the parts department. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Salisbury.

He is survived by a son, Donald Lee Brown and his wife Mary; sister-in-law, Helen Brown; special niece, Tina ; great-nephew, Adam; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Brown in 2021; a son, Andrew William Brown; brothers, Robert Brown and Roy Brown, and sister, Ruth Black.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
