Kathleen F. Pusey, 82, of Salisbury passed away Friday, January 3, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born April 23, 1942 in Somerset County she was the daughter of the late Elwood and Ruby Mae Campbell Washburn.
Kathy worked until she was 82 years old working for over 20 years at Safeway and later as a bank teller at First Shore Federal for over 20 years. She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard. Her weekends were spent shopping with her daughter Lori, spending time with her granddaughter, Kelsey and enjoying time with all her family who she was best known as Tee.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Lambden and her husband, Robert; granddaughter, Kelsey Renee Harbour and her husband, Dutch; brothers, Elwood Washburn, Jr. and his partner, Jean Smith and James Edward “Tucker” Washburn and his partner, Terri Hussey; uncle, Robert Washburn; nieces, Julia Alvis Murray and her husband Mark, and Debbie Dryden, nephews, Charles Trevor Washburn, Adam Washburn, Chase Washburn, and Danny Pusey, sisters-in-law, Paulette Smith and Diane Carter; cousin, Anna Mae Foust; and her beloved dog, Riley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel H. Pusey, Jr. in 2005; sisters-in-law, Patricia Peterman and Anne Washburn; brothers-in-law, Wallace Peterman and James “Buddy” Pusey.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 10:30 at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit from 9:30am-10:30 am. Interment will follow in Springhill Memory Gardens.
