

Marion Marie Vance, 81, of Salisbury and formerly of Norristown, PA passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 surrounded by her family at her daughter’s home. Born December 21, 1934 she was raised in Wyoming, PA by her parents, the late Walter and Jennie Sandroski. A graduate of Pennsylvania School for the Deaf she was May Queen in 1954. A loving wife and mother, she was a seamstress and made some of her children’s clothing and enjoyed arts and crafts. She is survived by her husband of almost 62 years, Glendon Elton Vance; three children, Carol R. Dittmar and her husband Jack, Donna L. Kaylor and her husband Jim, and Jeffrey G. Vance and his wife Susan; grandchildren, Tyler and Stephanie Dittmar, Hannah Kaylor, Ryan, Brandon, and Kyle Vance; step grandchildren, Jake Kaylor, Sarah Maxted, Heather Satterlee, and Zachary Kaylor; sister, Irene Puchalsky; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Stanley Sandroski and Henry Sandroski; and sister, Stef Wozniek. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 28 Memorial St., Exeter, PA 18643 with visitation one hour prior to the mass.
