Marvin was born in Hamtramck, MI to Roosevelt and Georgia Ellis Graham. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit, MI where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Psychology. He honorably served in the US Air Force as a Pharmacy Specialist from 1974-78 attaining the rank of Sergeant. He continued his service in the Air Force Reserves until 1980. During his time in the service in the Washington, DC area he met Rhonda Marie Gaines. It was from that relationship that they had their loving son Sonny Carlos Graham.
After Marvin was discharged from the service he had worked for Davco Restaurant Inc. for 22 years. He subsequently came to work for Gateway Subaru in Delmar, MD where he had retired from in 2019. Marvin had also been a faithful member of the Hurlock United Methodist Church.
Marvin is preceded in death by his parents Roosevelt and Georgia Graham, and his brother Mellow Graham.
