

Salvatore “Sal” John Marino, Sr. 75, of Hurlock passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2025 at TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford. Born March 11, 1949 in Baltimore he was the son of the late Salvatore Charles Marino and Rose Denota Marino.
Sal was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed working in the yard and cutting grass. Sal was a generous and loving man who cared about everyone he met.
He is survived by four children, Salvatore “Sal” John Marino, Jr., Jessica Ann Williams, Gary Wayne Jackson and his wife Jacquelyn Eve, and Nekea Lynn Jackson; 20 grandchildren, Stephanie Marie, Salvatore, Richard, Ashley, Autumn, Cassie, Justin, Dennis, Kayli, Austen, Stephanie Joy, Gevin, Cloe, Katie, David III, Matthew, Jahson, Amber, Pasiley, and Hope; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and his beloved German Shephard, Max. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Marino in 2019; son-in-law, Dennis Williams; brother, Anthony Marino; and two sisters, Marietta Schumaker and Rosemarie Overhiser.
Interment with Military Honors will be held Friday, March 14, 2025 at 11am at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Eastern Shore, 6827 ENM Ellwood Road, Hurlock, MD 21643. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, March 14, 2025 at 12:30 pm at the VFW Post 5246, 2630 Veterans Dr, Federalsburg, MD 21632
