William "Bill" S. Ford

Bill retired from DuPont and later worked at Ponzetti’s, Grants Service Center, and Pinehurst Elementary School. He enjoyed watching his son Steve play softball for Hickman’s and attended all his games.

He is survived by two sons, William Steven Ford and his wife Faith and Gregory Wayne Ford; daughter, Sherrie Pritchett; grandchildren, Zachery Tyler Ford, Lucas Ford, Christian Ford, and Roxanne Humphrey; great-grandson, Paul Humphrey; sister-in-law, Erica R. Ford; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Ford; brothers, Jack Ford, Milbert Ford and his wife Phyllis, and Irvin Ray Ford and his wife Erica.

A Celebration of Life will be held date, Monday, March17 at 10am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury.
