

Angelita shared 56 years of marriage with Felix C. Berlanga and have now been reunited in Heaven. She is preceded in death by her sons Eli Berlanga,Arthur Luna, Leo Luna; and parents Serapio Garcia and Victoria Rojas.
She is survived by her sisters Mary Lou Rojas and Aurora Garcia; Sons, Felix Berlanga Jr.; and Daughters, Erma Berlanga, Angie Rodriguez, Ana Marie B. Durate, Maxine B. Rodriguez, Elizabeth B. Reyes, Sylvia L. Campos. Along with 19 grandchildren, 31 great children, and 1 great great grandchild.
Angelita lived a life full of warmth, creativity, and connection. She found great joy in cooking and entertaining her loved ones, always bringing people together with delicious meals, laughter, and a welcoming spirit. Her home was a gathering place where family and friends felt loved and at ease.
She had a creative touch and a patient hand, enjoying needlepoint and gardening, where they expressed both artistry and care. Angelita also gave generously of their time, volunteering at local schools and supporting activities like band, always eager to encourage and uplift others.
An active and spirited person, Angelita enjoyed playing volleyball and had a deep love for dancing. Whether on the court or the dance floor, their energy and joy were contagious.
Above all, Angelita cherished family and friendships. They will be remembered for their kindness, generosity, and the many ways they brought people together.
Angelita will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved them.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205, US, on April 14, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with the Rosary at the same location on April 14, 2026, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Jude Catholic Church, 130 S San Augustine Ave, San Antonio, TX 78237, on April 15, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
