Catalina married her soulmate, Ricardo R. Pacheco and lived in San Antonio until she became widow, but stayed faithful to him after his passing 10 years ago. She was a homemaker who loved her family and had a very outgoing personality and was always happy. She enjoyed gardening, decorating and looked very beautiful with her fashion choices. She had many delicious recipes, loved cooking for her loved ones. She loved to spend time with her family and was the life of the party. She was always dancing. Her favorite time of the year was Christmas when she made her delicious tamales and all-time favorite, the Bunelos, which everyone would put their orders in for. She helped everyone who needed her, whether it was through a simple prayer, guidance or just someone to talk with. She will be missed by so many. She is now rejoicing with her husband, son, mother, father, sister and brother.
