Cleo Lee Frazier, beloved mother and grandmother, joined our heavenly Father on January 9, 2012 at the age of 85. She was born in Mc Allen to D. and Evelyn Moore on February 27, 1926. She retired from John Marshall High School as the principal’s secretary. She was also a longtime member of the Western Oaks Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Armand Eastman Frazier and is survived by their children; daughter, Evelyn Nell Frazier-Touch; son, Randall Dee Frazier and wife Pam; adored granddaughter, Tyler Paige Touch.
