Fidencio M Diaz

Fidencio M. Diaz went to be with the Lord on July 11, 2016 in San Antonio, TX. He was born in Mexico on May 05, 1933 to Arturo Diaz and Manuela Martinez, and now reunites with his parents, wife Oralia H. Diaz, and son Arturo Diaz. He is survived by his twin brother Jesus Diaz and brother Jose Martinez, children: Yolanda (Jesse) Davila, Elizabeth D. (Andre) Ebaben, Aracely (Jesus) Torres, Oralia (David) Vasquez, Anna (James) Rendon, and Mary (Manuel) Espinoza, grandchildren: Jose Luis (Shellie) Davila, Jesse Davila, Abby Castro, Daniel (Lucy) Castro, TSgt. Jesus G. (Tasneem) Torres, Shelly (Travis) Zorola, David Moses Torres, Bianca (David) Soto, David Vasquez Jr., Christian Vasquez, Christopher Vasquez, Arturo Diaz, Gabriel Diaz, Annaleah Rendon, Angela Rendon, Manuel I. Espinoza, Samuel Espinoza, Aaron Espinoza, Heaven Lee Espinoza, great-grandchildren: Sean Davila, Sophia Davila, Daniela Castro, Nayeli Castro, Ariana Castro, Emerson Luke Torres, Alayna Grace Torres, Isabelle Villarreal, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Fidencio was dedicated to his church, Church of God, where he served as an ordained minister for 20 years. He enjoyed church related activities and was such a friendly and humble neighbor. He will be remembered for his loving and friendly personality, and generosity to those in need. He truly had a servant’s heart. Most of all, he was a loving and devoted husband and father and he loved spending time with his family. The family will be receiving guests at Roy Akers funeral home on Thursday July 14, 2016 at 5:00pm with a prayer service at 6:00pm. Friday July 15, 2016 the family will gather at First Memorial Park for a committal service at 11:30am.
