James Lafayette Echols was born on January 16, 1957 and passed away on July 1, 2012 at the age of 55. Mr. Echols honorably served in the United States Army from August 5, 1975 to August 3, 1979. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors. Services under the direction of the Dignity Memorial Homeless Veteran Burial Program.
