Jesse H. Patino

Sgt. Jesse Hernandez Patino “Tabache” was born in San Antonio, TX. He was a Vietnam Veteran and was Honorably Decorated with Vietnam Service Medal, 2 Bronze Service Stars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign, Army Commendation Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm, National Defense Service medals. In addition to Honorably Decoration he served in 2 tours. Was a long time member of Metanoya Church. Jesse entered peacefully into the Lord’s Kingdom on July 11, 2017 at the age of 69. He retired from Northeast Independent School District after 17 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Frances D. Patino; children, Adam Patino, Mike A. Patino, Jesse Patino, Jr., Joel Patino; foster parent to Larry C. Arizmendez; grandchildren, Jacob A. Patino, Justin A. Patino, Matthew A. Patino, Mark A. Patino, Martin A. Patino, Mitch A. Patino, Miranda A. Patino, Miguel A. Patino, Nathan A. Patino, Brandi Lynn Patino, Joel X. Patino, Alexis M. Patino, Christana D. Patino and Michael A. Patino, Jr., ; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Trinidad Patino, Jose L. Patino, Monica P. Trevino, Berta Patino and Edna Patino, his 5 loving dogs, Chico, Pepper, Roxy, Princesses, and Harley.

Visitation will be Wednesday July 19, 2017 from 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers, 515 N. Main Ave. The funeral service will be at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers, Thursday July 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
