Jose Leos Jr.

Jose Leos Jr., 74, passed away on May 26, 2017. Jose was born to Jose Leos Sr. and Carmen Rocha on November 26 1942 in San Antonio Texas. He was one of four children. Ana Maria Valdez, Robert Leos and Beatrice Perez all of which preceded him in death.

Jose had an extensive Military career which allowed him to travel to many states around the United States, as well as spending a year in Korea. He spent 26 years in the Air Force and retired as Master Sergeant in San Antonio. He also worked civil service until he retired due to medical reasons. He enjoyed softball, golf, bowling and darts until a back injury ended much of the activity. Later, he enjoyed the company of friends (who became his like his second family) at his favorite watering hole.

He is survived by his children . Jose “Joey” Ramon , Maria Elena and Anthony “Tony “ Mario (wife Terry).

Grandchildren from Joey: Bethany Rae Wever (Douglas) Allison Patricia Leos. Grandchildren from Maria: Christie Marie Lira (Carreon) husband Hervey, Paul Zackery Carreon preceded him in death in 2013.

Grandchildren from Tony: David Michael Medina (Stepson) Erica Nicole Leos , Anthony Mario “AJ” Leos Jr.

Four great grandchildren: John & Famke Vannausdel (Allison), Lily Oliva Lira ( Chritie) Vanessa Rae Wever (Bethany).

Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
