Lennon Zachary Jacobo passed peacefully in the arms of his mother on April 26th, 2017. He was born June 8th, 2016 to parents Richard Jacobo Jr and Christina Campos. Lennon gave us a lifetime of love during his short time of 10 months on Earth. We are eternally grateful to all the doctors, nurses and staff at the Christus Santa Rosa hospital downtown.
