Marcos P Cavazos

Marcos P. Cavazos went to be with our Lord August 24, 2013 at the age of 92. She is preceded in death by her husband Mariano H. Cavazos, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her children; Hope Cano (Lupe), Mario A. Cavazos (Lillian), Leonel Cavazos (Virginia) Maria Victoria Munoz (Dr. Angel), grandchildren; Lupe, Jr., Andrew, Omar, Bianca, Mariana, Olivia, Mark, great-grandchildren; Veronica, Vincent, Vanessa, great-great-grandchildren; Mallory, Lizette and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was a member of the San Jose Senior Center and also a member of Catholic Daughters of America at the Ct of St. Francis of Assisi. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, August 29, 2013 for a 12:00 noon Mass of Christian Burial at St. Lawrence The Martyr Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. The family would like to thank her long time physician, Dr. Carlos Correra and the staff of New Century Hospice for their care and compassion
