Our beloved angel, Mary K. Cantu entered rest on August 27, 2010 at the age of 83. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Raul M. Cantu; their children, Paul E. Cantu, and Lisa Cantu Taggatz (Jeffrey L.); grandchildren: Ebony Cantu, Lori Ann Mimum (Daniel), Alfonso Garcia,Jr. (Jennifer), and Andrew Garcia; great-grandchild, Jazmyn Cantu; sisters, Virginia, Barbara, Linda, Wanda; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends who’s hearts she touched. Visitation will begin Thursday September 2, 2010 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers from 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Friday September 3, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. to celebrate a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass of Resurrection at St. Jude’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
